Shipping policy

The majority of our products are custom/made to order and and have varying turn around times. Most items ship within 2-4 weeks. Do not hesitate to reach out with any concerns.

All ornament orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail and will include a tracking number (unless you've selected to upgrade).

All wood decor products will ship via UPS or USPS and will include a tracking number.

If there is a problem with your order or your item arrives damaged- email us at hello@pixelsandwooddesign.com ASAP and we will work together to resolve it quickly.

Please leave a note or email us if your item delivery is time sensitive or if you'd like to upgrade your shipping. We totally understand that many of our items are special occasion gifts and will do whatever we can to get it to you in time for your special day.

We currently do not offer International shipping at checkout. But do not fret! We can ship internationally! Please email us at hello@pixelsandwooddesign.com if you'd like to ship an item internationally. We can provide a shipping quote to you.
